Tamryn was born and raised in Zimbabwe.
In October 2018, at the age of 18, she left to work in Namibia as a trainee Game Lodge Manager before returning to Zimbabwe in December that year and working in Victoria Falls for a short time to complete her Game Lodge Management Certificate.
The Covid pandemic the following year made it unsuitable to stay in the tourism industry, so Tamryn came back to her home town of Bulawayo and started training as a Crossfit Instructor which developed into personal training. Then Covid struck again, and the world lockdown made it impossible to pursue the career in physical fitness.
In 2021, she fell pregnant with her first son and began to work as a HealthCare Consultant. She met lots of different people who face all sorts of diseases and health problems that they are living with.
She fell pregnant again in 2022 and found herself having to deal with it all alone when her partner walked out on her. After a long relationship she was set free, but left hurt and emotionally gutted. She returned to her family home to find incredible support from her family, friends and a church group that helped her through the hurt. She gave birth in 2023 – a second C section – and struggled with the healing process, with 14 weeks of post-delivery bleeds.
During this time, she heard about MyoReformation from a friend and was impressed with his story and his progress. She travelled to Harare to have Myo sessions with Jacquie and arrived for her first session a bundle of nerves. By the 3rd session the bleeding had stopped, Tamryn was pain free, feeling better physically and emotionally, and decided to become a therapist herself.
From her early days as a healthcare consultant Tamryn’s passion has been to help people, and what better way to do that than by using the natural way of healing the body, mind and soul with MyoReformation.
As a single mother of two boys, she wants and needs to be around for them more without a routine 8-5 office job. With the privilege of having learned Myo and having developed an amazing support group, she is able to not only help people, but also to spend much more quality time with her children.
