Chrissie is a 66 year old successful businesswoman and crossfit fan, who excels in the gym and frequently beats younger gym members in the daily workouts. Some years ago she badly injured her knee in an accident at home, and despite trying practically everything such as massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture, electrical stimulation, and even a hyperbaric chamber, she saw no improvement.
She could obviously not do much at gym and she feared her CrossFit days were over, when she happened to meet Jacquie Simpson at a pub quiz and opted to try MyoReformation. When she first came to Jacquie Chrissie was in even worse condition because in addition to her damaged knee, she had a frozen shoulder, numb feet and was sleeping terribly. For several years she had also been on anti-depressants, thyroid and reflux medication, prescribed by her doctor due to consistently poor liver function test results.
Her knee would bend no more than 45 degrees and she had practically no lymphatic system, and her first few treatments were agony while her body re-aligned and repaired itself. Within 3 months though MyoReformation had Chrissie back in the gym with a knee that bent 180 degrees, pain-free and back at the top of her crossfit. She also took herself off all medication and now has totally normal liver function test results, and her thyroid medication has been replaced by a working lymph system.
Chrissie went onto a maintenance regime with Jacquie and continued to notice more improvements, such as a smoother, less-dry skin and a very quick recovery after injuring her shoulder in another home accident.
In early 2019 Chrissie did a tandem paraglide while on holiday in Tbilisi, Georgia. The parachute partially collapsed and she and the pilot crashed on the mountain side, with Chrissie landing on her knees and the pilot landing on top of her. Although her knees were sore and undoubtedly damaged again, she suffered not a single bruise and managed to walk back to the paragliding station. At the time of writing she has been to Jacquie for only 2 treatments and her knees are again well on the way to full recovery.
