My first introduction to Jacquie was through my brother who lives in Harare, and who was a long-time fan of MyoReformation. I had treatments with Jacquie when visiting Harare from the UK with my mother many years ago. Despite at that time having no underlying problems I always felt the benefit of Myo. More recently though – about 3 years ago – I was diagnosed with Trochanter Pain Syndrome and was unable even to walk with ease. Despite physiotherapy and exercising as best I could I was still struggling and in pain.
This year (2025) I visited my brother in Harare and managed to fit in 2 sessions with Jacquie. My aches and pains were greatly reduced and I could walk much more easily – even climb up and down stairs. Since returning to the UK I have been regularly having Myo treatments with Alastair who was trained by Jacquie. My legs, arms and body function are greatly improved and I plan to continue regular treatment with Alastair, not just for my legs but for my entire body.
