As an elite powerlifter, I’m always pushing my body to its limits. The intense training sessions, heavy weights, and constant strain on my muscles can take a toll on my body. But after incorporating Myoreformation into my routine, I’ve noticed a significant difference in my performance and recovery.
Before trying Myo, I was experiencing frequent muscle tightness, reduced range of motion, and lingering soreness after intense training sessions. This was affecting my ability to lift with maximum power and efficiency, and I was worried it would impact my performance in upcoming competitions.
Since starting Myoreformation with Tamryn Burns, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my training, a significant reduction in muscle tension and soreness. My range of motion improved, and I am able to lift with more power and control. I am able to recover faster between sessions. I am confident that this will translate to improved performance on the platform, and I am excited to see the results at the upcoming World Powerlifting Champs in Durban in November 2025, where I’ll be representing Team SA. Given my past success, including a 5th place finish at the World Powerlifting Championship in 2018 and a recent 3rd place finish at the 2025 South African Powerlifting National Champs, I’m hopeful that Myo will be a key factor in helping me achieve even greater success.
I’m looking forward to continuing my Myo treatment and seeing how it will help me perform at my best on the platform. With the World Powerlifting Champs approaching, I’m focused on fine-tuning my training and using every tool at my disposal to gain a competitive edge.
If you’re a powerlifter or athlete looking to improve your performance and reduce muscle tension, I highly recommend giving Myoreformation a try. It’s been a game-changer for me, and I’m sure it can do the same for you.
